This 8 class series is an overview of yoga for those new to the practice or for those looking for a refresher on the basics of yoga.
The introductory series will focus on the fundamentals including: posture, alignment, and breath.
We will explore the history and philosophy behind yoga
and discover special techniques for living a healthier, happier life. Whether you're a beginner or just wanting a refresher course,
the intro series will help you to build a strong foundation for your ongoing yoga practice, and it will begin to transform your life.
Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm for 4 weeks
